Services and contractual terms

The website has no online ordering or payment facility. Booking an introductory call does not purchase a service. Published starting prices and scopes are indicative; the applicable scope, price, schedule, payment terms and contractual conditions are agreed before a service begins. These terms govern use of the website and do not replace the contractual terms for services or mandatory consumer rights where applicable.

Access and acceptable use

Browsing is free, excluding your own internet access costs. Maintenance or technical incidents may interrupt access. Use must respect applicable law and the rights of others. Attempts to compromise the website, bypass its protections or disrupt its operation are prohibited.

Content and intellectual property

Texts, illustrations and code are protected according to their applicable rights and licences. Browsing does not transfer ownership.
