Contact and appointments
When you contact Jonathan Corral or book a call, the information you provide is used to respond, organise the appointment and assess your project. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract. Information required by the booking service is identified there; without it, an appointment may not be possible.
Retention: Up to 24 months after the last exchange for enquiries that do not lead to a service. If a service is agreed, information needed for the client file follows the retention periods applicable to the relevant documents.
Recipients and service providers: Jonathan Corral; OVH for email forwarding to Proton Mail, without keeping a copy in an OVH mailbox; Proton Mail for receiving and managing correspondence; Cal.com for call bookings; Google Calendar for synchronised appointments.
External services
Booking takes place on Cal.com. LinkedIn opens as an external website. Cal.com uses functional, preference and security cookies in its app; its marketing website also uses analytics and advertising cookies. These cookies apply to Cal.com pages, not this website, which does not embed Cal.com. Their own processing, retention and any international transfers are described in their policies.

Processing outside the European Economic Area
Appointment data is processed by Cal.com in the United States and synchronised with a personal Google Calendar account. Google may process it in other countries. Cal.com and Google describe the use of adequacy decisions, the EU–US Data Privacy Framework where applicable, and standard contractual clauses in their transfer documentation. These are the providers’ stated safeguards; they do not guarantee that data stays in Europe.
Proton states that Proton Mail data is stored encrypted on servers in Switzerland, Germany or Norway. Switzerland is outside the EEA. Details of processing and safeguards are available in the providers’ documentation below. Your rights
Depending on the applicable conditions, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction or portability of your data, and object to processing based on legitimate interest. If your request remains unanswered or the response is unsatisfactory, you may contact the CNIL. You also retain the right to lodge a complaint if you believe your personal data is being processed unlawfully.
